Low-Profile Ported System

A unique solution for tight spaces, integrating a highly capable W3v3 driver into a very low-profile, slot-ported design. Excellent sound quality and surprising output capability with moderate power.

Flared slot-port design minimizes turbulence and improves fidelity.
Very low-profile enclosure design (less than 5-inches thick).
Steel mesh woofer grille provides woofer protection.

The benefits of JL Audio's patented, chamber-coupled port design are now available in five outstanding W3v3-based high-output ported systems. These potent systems deliver outstanding impact and sound quality in medium power applications.

Patented, chamber-coupled port designs minimize turbulence and maintain excellent sound quality at all listening levels.
Single woofer models feature rear-firing enclosure design. Dual woofer models feature square-back design.
Solid aluminum bar grilles provide woofer protection.

A new ported truck box also debuts in 2008, featuring a single 8W1v2 in a side-firing ported design. Excellent impact and extension in behind-the-seat applications.
