Contains one 10W1v2-4 in a sealed enclosure. 300 watt power handling. Wired for 4 ohm mono. Installs in the passenger side rear corner of the cargo area. Subwoofer is protected and concealed by a color matched, carpeted steel grille (see in-car photo). Will not fit '99-'04 Grand Cherokee
